The 2022 Annual General Meeting of Harris Technology Group Limited will be held on Wednesday, 23 November 2022 at 3PM (Melbourne time). The Meeting will be held by virtual means only.
I thought the amended Corp Act specified the Hybrid meeting as the minimum standard?
Even if shareholders had to attended the office of the company it would satisfy the legislation requirement!
There must be a loophole in the legislation to allow this to happen!
I didn’t bother to vote because they didn’t send me a reply paid envelope - got the printed proxy form and NOM.
This is the dirty trick employed by many companies to discourage shareholders from voting.
