In addition we have a new Director signed up who is on the Board of 3 other companies.

He has been given clearance to act for CXN from 2 of the Board?s and is seeking the 3rd clearance this week

Hi Michael

We are in the process of securing a transaction which will in turn get CXN online again.

We are waiting for the other party to get full Board approval, which should occur, if not tomorrow then early next week.

This should, if all goes to plan, provide a very strong foundation to CXN and provide scale to our core business.

We hope to announce something next week.
