Individually look at every one of the claims that LIS are making and ask yourself "Could myself, a few mates, and a PR firm make the same claim if we put some time and money into it?"
I think that you'll find that the answers are overwhelmingly 'yes'.
Once they announce something for which the answer to that question is an emphatic "NO" (like successful completion of a full scale test facility) that would be the time to say WTF.
