That certainly helps. And I think a lot of the major costs of the BFS have been done. It might also not make a whole lot of sense to put all the final numbers together if they expect to still have to wait for a significant period of time and while many costs are quite fluid in these uncertain times. Some costs will continue to go up due to inflation and other might ease considerably as supply line issues eventually get resolved.
So I can imagine they put all the pieces in place but only do a final cost estimate when there is a clear path forward within a reasonable time frame as to get a more up to date and accurate financial framework.
But obviously all is uncertain right now and this is just my thinking.
