it will take nothing more than for 1 single man in the world, the leader of the American reserve, to say to everyone we probably arent gonna increase rates at some point in the neat future. thats all it's gonna take. there is nothing else stopping it. war is devastating yes but its not full blown war, we are preparing for it, if we are preparing for war it can only mean MORE production not less, i can't see it any other way, can you ???
