It will not impact mining areas, they have nothing to gain from it.
Besides I don't think our site is near any settlements, those are places that are being targeted by rioters as they don't have far back to travel with their loot.
but it largely goes back to the fact that they have nothing to gain from destroying a bunch of pipes
