RDS have effectively sold off 85% of the Baggely Hills project for a pittance. There are very few unexplored provinces in Australia. Even fewer that have such potential for large - world class - deposits of the Olympic Dam type.
Wouldn't be surprised to see that the owners of the JV company are linked to directors.
