Not sure how you guys read that graph, but basically with every additional part of C02 added to the atmosphere, the warming ability C02 to the atmosphere becomes significantly less. It shows that any warming will not run away like crazy with additional C02. It is really very insignificant, and hardly worth mentioning when it comes to the heat trapping ability of our atmosphere.
