    DRS, I think that sums it up well. It is causing headaches and they want out. Me too. Battling for 10% wont happen with Hedgies IMO. A counterbidder is only chance for a hike, and at least that would be sunstantial with low risk.

    Otherwise. the 45 cannot come soon enough for me.
