Thanks for the compliments but nobody is walking away from anybody.
A no vote (hopefully augmented by a blocking stake) simply put the ball back in China's court to see if they will upwardly revise the bid (hardly a big ask give spot price for 62% fines is a "whopping" 80% up and the sp destruction was done solely on the basis of brief IO price volatility).
If the Chinese revise, that's a decent thing to do. If they don't then they are welcomed to issue a final & full offer so that we can bring the matter to closure.
Walking away. No such thing.
