my reading ....AFR article final call for counter bid......yes vote a cert at 45c ...final call for higher bid . Next step if no counter bid, say one week prior to vote, GJ lets hanlong know 45c will not secure 75% votes....."you need to up the bid".... this is how i see it playing out... then followed by hanlong response "chinese new year" delay...
