    I have recently acquired some WDE shared but I am unsure how to accept the offer. The official bidders statement I can find online talks a lot about the enclosed acceptance form, but doesn't actually have one enclosed. I assume as a long term holder you have a paper form sent to you? I use CMC as online broker and can't find anything under link market services either. Any help is appreciated.
