By my calculations, if you purchased 200,000 shares at $0.046 prior to the consolidation then you should now be sitting on 4000 consolidated shares. The cost base of the consolidated shares in your instance would likely be $2.30 based on the info that you have provided.
Best check with a qualified accountant and your actual paperwork however and not use my calcs for tax purposes.
