    How to put on Bulk fast diet:

    2 meat or chicken pies for breakfast with a side plate of 2 sausages and two slices of bacon and 2 eggs... 2 slices of toast...

    or if you are a health freak a tub of Yoghurt 1kg for breakfast

    Lunch- 2 Hamburgers with the lot and a carton of Milk Flavoured for taste and more body power to see you through to the late afternoon.

    late lunch or early dinner big bag of hot chips and a Kebab or two potato pies.

    Then dinner -3 pieces of fish grilled or deep fried ( if you like listening to the sizzling sound it makes) with coleslaw and potato salad and 3 bean mix

    dessert- 2 large bananas cut in pieces, some custard and then some cream and nutmeg and cinnamon

    THIS IS THE ACTUAL MEAL MENU -- CONAN THE BARBARIAN HAD FOR BUILDING UP HIS BODY...
