who are they going to sue? the mines dapartment? the mines department allowed the lease as a matter of course until the lease came under dispute. the mines department probably sent a letter to cazaly management to explain the process and risks. There were numerous press articles for those who could read.I wonder why the correspondence was not made public by cazaly? Every punter in cazaly knew the mines department was going to make a ruling for months and yet it comes as a surprise to people the way it went. The mines department also gave the savy ones a warning a few days before in the press but even that did not work for some. Now the holders of cazaly are victims to corruption etc, get a job.
