1. you get a big capital loss to offset your future 10 baggers and you get rid of this headache and save on accountant fees and can sleep well at night.. ie you win.
2. i get 1 million dollars less tax...ie i win
3. the government gets a heap of tax from me but i dont care cos it all goes to a good cause...ie the australian people win
