    i spoke to a lawyer today, I asked him is it true that if you call a company director corrupt online, they can sue you for defemation?
    he said, "NO, as long as you truly believe the director to be corrupt, their case wont stand up in court, even if the evidence DOSENT show him to be corrupt, as long as you truly believe the evidence that you allegedly have is TRUE, you will win in any dipute, UNLESS its just total slander, where you have ZIP proof, and your just being a smart ass.
