A placement at 42 cents is fine by me .. and that's around the level of discount that they applied when they did a placement in February (3% to last sale and 5% to 7 day VWAP). If its accompanied by the reserves statement that's great ... but also a give away to the placementees who will make an instant profit.
A placement would partly explain why the share price has been slow to recover and head higher.
If it is as you predict tomorrow then I wonder when we will see the Orion spin-off?
