Thanks Beffa. I have noticed some other infrastructure companies in a similar situation and I notice that APA has a margin lending ratio with Commsec of 70%, same as Commonwealth Bank, so I suppose APA must be robust.
I also felt that APA is likely to have reasonable prospects since I think the volume of gas to be transported on its network likely to grow markedly in the next few years.
But the earnings / dividend ratio in this company at the moment is the reverse of others that I usually invest in
