Although we’re a little while off learning where SpaceLink will ultimately sit, there was talk about institutional investment and a potential IPO.
I’m not very familiar with the processes companies take beyond internal raise of capital, so I was wondering if anyone with more experience would care to comment?
I’m wondering what the potential avenues are for SpaceLink and how this impacts retail shareholders.
Starting with an internal capital raising and SpaceLink remaining within EOS, I would presume current holders would be given an opportunity to participate.
If SpaceLink were to IPO, would shareholders of EOS typically be given an opportunity to purchase shares in the IPO?
If there are any other paths I’d love to hear them as well as what opportunity retail holders would have to participate.
