Who owns Spacelink now? EOS shareholders!
When they IPO-it EOS management (and Advisors) will estimate it's value relative to the remainder of EOS and give each shareholder an equivalent amount: e.g.
91.8 million shares now worth $330 Million, SP of $2.2. Say ... Spacelink is deemed to be worth $165 Million then ... each shareholder will be deemed to have shares in EOS at $1.1 and an equivalent number of shares of Spacelink at $1.1. These holdings will be reflected in your Computershare account under the appropriate HIN. On they day Spacelink shares list you will be able to buy, sell, hold. Market will adjust according to real/percieved enterprise values.
