EOS has many strategegic options!I was attempting to simply answer Jim's question at the top of this thread.
All the value in Spacelink remains vested in EOS shareholders until Spacelink is IPO-ed. At that point EOS shareholders will have Spacelink shares or cash in lieu thereof (in the event of a trade sale or other negotiated arrangement).In the "cash-in-lieu" scenario, for a large transaction as contemplated here, the Company would likely return "a lot" of that cash to shareholders via a capital return or special dividend.
