Swhite, regarding your question why CXY did notreport the water sample earlier. If you read ealier reports, they did report it like all samples are reported. The problem was is that DERM did not act quickly. The alleged sample of 84ppb of benzene was a mistake anyway and cleared by DERM. Consequently the DERM rep which was behind the delayed action was stood down i am led to believe.
Can anyone else confirm?
Swhite, CXY have been set up big time and used a political fodder. CXY were an easy target because they have lacked marketing and PR skills, however brilliant in science, engineering and technical areas. You can have the best product in the world , but if you can't market it properly and sell it, then you won't reach your potential. How often do you this happen?
