you can`t...company picks a broker, then they ring around for investors ( mates, share traders,clients etc ) who ever so they can all make dollars in a hurry.but if company came out and said we will raise X $, buy letting share holders buy in cheaper it would not be good for business, no comissions for all involved.. everyone has to look like they are doing the right thing, other wise no pay risers or free options for board... scratch my back and I will scratch yours...remember we are investing or gambling our money, but it`s people working hard out there to make a living out of IT.......
