What about all those who followed other teachers such as Moses, Abraham, the Buddha, etc? Your God is vast beyond imaginings and His teachings are many and varied. No stone has been left unturned. No soul is without equal opportunity.

'that he died for our sins, was raised from the dead' - He died because of the prevailing ignorance of His time. We all own our sins or ignorance and only the individual can atone. Nobody can die to alleviate your sins. As for being raised from the dead. The meaning is that after 3 days of mourning the disciples arose to spread the words of Jesus. The proof of Jesus was in His words not His physical body. His kingdom was not of this world.

'All who ask for forgiveness of their sins, will receive it.' - Only when accompanied by deeds. Proof of contrition is only evidenced by deeds.
