There should be no career Politicians...any candidate must have worked full time for at least 10 years in private or government enterprise, and must have been gainfully working full time for at least 4 of the previous 5 years prior to standing...any one individual should not be able to serve any more than three terms.
They should be paid well during their terms / s, but no special benefits on retirement or on loss of their seat...
