The only thing ISX we’re at fault of was being too successful.
ASX we’re not under any investigation from ASIC at time of suspension.
And even after forensic scouring they could only management to find an obscure disclosure via an interview were the transcript was released to market. ( Which ISX are vigorously defending).
The other being VISA disclosure some 6 months into suspension ( Possibly A day late disclosing the issue)
An Independant report, we’re the auditor was chosen by ASX , found no issues .

I can’t see how ASIC get a result here, maybe a small fine . Which is what I think would be the most they could achieve from all this.
To be honest I imagine they would be happy with that as well .
