You're right. Suspended by ASX but ensuing investigations led to the ASIC matter. Fine or no fine? Not sure. Could get more serious than that. It's the reputation of the company and Karantzis that will be under the spotlight. Too successful? 10,000 shareholders are not seeing any success. They're seeing a shell company here, the IP taken abroad, no listing, no dividends, and an ASIC prosecution.
I note it's gone very quiet from the erstwhile hardened supporters of ISX. Why?
