Don’t get me wrong, I am not happy about JK giving up on the court case regardless of cost. I am not happy this has dragged out for years, missing out on multiple other opportunities during the greatest bubble of our time. I am not happy about the dishonesty of our financial pillars protecting their nest egg at the cost of 10,000 shareholders and what ended up being protection for a failed clearing house payment system by incompetent and corrupt management. I’m annoyed at JK for throwing rocks at the snake pit. But….in spite of all the above, JK is not a criminal by any means, his tech works and the adoption of that is real. Realistically, we have around a year before any sign of real recovery starts and that’s only if we have a very light recession. If it’s bad we could be waiting another 2 years before an IPO is feasible. In the meantime there is no point in arguing anything.
