Your obsession has to end. Maybe zero listening, maybe not. I'm not fussed either way but please never accuse me of deception. That's pretty serious and you should know that.

As a shareholder, I was initially an avid supporter of ISX because I thought ASX gave them a rough trot. I still do. Certain things have happened since then and I'm not going to re-invent the wheel.

But when ASIC marched in, and I know the process they go through insofar as investigation let alone bringing a prosecution that is imminent, that's when I had to take a more objective and reasoned view. That's when people started to be critical - simply because I refused to blindly ignore an ASIC prosecution as a nothing. Why has the prosecution not been withdrawn or no-billed?
