Plenty will hinge - on one side or other of the two-way door:

• If ASIC are successful against JK/NK or ISX, it will be very hard for ISXFEU to list - at least with JK/NK or any of the directors and officers at the time respectively in any position of influence.
• If ASIX fail (and, especially, if they fail spectacularly), then it will make it much easier for ISXFEU to list, and for JK/NK and the directors and officers at the time to remain in positions of influence.

That's what plenty will hinge means.
