Plenty will hinge - on one side or other of the two-way door:
If ASIC are successful against JK/NK or ISX, it will be very hard for ISXFEU to list - at least with JK/NK or any of the directors and officers at the time respectively in any position of influence.
If ASIX fail (and, especially, if they fail spectacularly), then it will make it much easier for ISXFEU to list, and for JK/NK and the directors and officers at the time to remain in positions of influence.
