"YOU SHOULD SUE THE ASX" Oh, really? We just have been through this exercise. The lesson learnt is: It doesn't matter if you're right, or if you've been wronged, or even 'spitballed'. What matters is if you have more money than your opponent. That's it. (You may have a chance if your funds are in the same ballpark figure). Your suggestion that a single private person should take on the ASX is patently ridiculous.
