Sadly Abu you've hit the nail on the head .It's over here and overturning the board is effectively overturning the company .It seriously pains me to say this but the only hope for this company is if these guys are so petrified by what any wind up might entail in terms of investigations and reputations that they actually cobble together something that keeps it alive.

There's no money left to pay themselves now so it's simply a matter of what they see as the easiest most palatable option.

I think many people here have learnt a hard lesson and whatever happens from here won't get your money back . The key to succesful investing at this end of the market is make sure it's simple ,that you understand it ,and that the people running it are trustworthy and have skin in the game .And don't pay any attention at all to rampers on internet sites
