Get all relevant information you can gather to a lawyer. Ask them if they think we have a case against the directors or management. If you have information you don't t think you need,or you think it's irrelevant. It's better to have it and not need it, than to not have it and need it. If they think we have a valid case, they will be able to obtain a list of shareholders, past and present. They will guide you through however, if they decide it's worth the fight, they will take the lead.
