Spoke to the administrators today ,
court case in the British Virgin Islands in regards to ownership of the mine is set down for Sept 15 with decision hopefully by end of the month ,
if we win then there is a likely possibility of an appeal , ( “do we have enough money to fight it “
)
administrators are somewhat positive about a result
In regards to the Directors couldn’t really give answers as to future actions
further information will be posted on the administrators website under Creditors
surely the Directors knew about the ‘ iffy or dodgy ‘ situation with ownership of the mine , IMO
rang ASIC about VEC , no information to date , no complaints about company or Directors lodged
