Doesn't this now raise the question - if it was Hartree who purchased the 60,000 000 shares at 5c - what does that now take their percentage to? Unfortunately, given John Lamb's (what appears to be ) ulterior motvie to allow Hartree to take control - what confidence do we have that this is not just a backdoor attempt to get them closer to that goal. Furthermore, if 5 cents if the best JL can achieve using his superlative negotiating skills (as an exoert in his field as he proudly totes on his consultancy website), it and of itself demonstrates how far off kilter he really is/was in trying to push for a raise of 42cents.
