I wouldn't be suprised to find out that JL receives a significant cash bonus if/when Hartree takes control. Now if it was Hartree who injected 3 mill which takes them to 40% (or with the assistance of proxy etc), JL can keep issuing shares at "mates rates" so to speak and before you know - it it's all over red rover. I might be cynical but unfortunately there's nothing that John Lamb has done to make me think any differently.
