totally agree Staunch, when we started we had Tasmanian’s from all over the world come home with all this knowledge and experience to make a go for this company and because they hired a group of staff people who thought they knew more than anyone else the experience is leaving, The old saying is “people leave people not the job “ is so true on site at the moment . They have hired people who have been escorted off site on other west coast mines and then we employ them
and their reputation which doesn’t sit well with the employees and suppliers. This has us all baffled
