And it's a good sign that post the vote we dodged the VA bullet so far.

If we had successfully IPO'd at 42c last year we probably would've lost 90% of that value in the past 6 months, and still be doing this raise in distressed circumstances at 5c, because we're broke and almost at death's door thanks to Hartree and JL.

We're not out of the woods yet, but if we can get the recap done, pay off Hartree, get the operation humming at nameplate which appears to be close, then we might relist at a price higher than 5c, say 10-20c, and hopefully its onwards and upwards from there. There's a path through now, it's looking more optimistic now than being owned by Hartree and being unable to trade.

There's been no information provided to date that actually shows that running at nameplate suddenly makes the operation profitable. We have been given no visibility of AISC, concentrations of concentrate etc etc.

What if at nameplate throughput they are still operating at a loss? It seems like a likely scenario based on the limited information we currently have.
