How do we value the the free carry aspect into the NTA of ESI? With a market cap of 20 mil today I am not sure if I would add the 10 % of say 300 mil = 30mil to the NTA which I think was about 50 mil??
It certainly changes the valuation model after tomorrow but by how much, I am struggling.

Interesting to note that my valuation on total shares on issue put ESI at .010
Notice some volume building again for obvious reasons but to follow up from a week ago is reassuring.
