How to value ECT?
The experts (Interssuise) have already valued ECT based on a 2mt plant with a free carry 10% equity stake - on the assumption that Tincom follows through - which is potentially 1 day away. Their valuation at the time was around 11c on a fully diluted basis.
However, should ECT increase their equity in VCPL (as per last announcement) that valuation will need to be reviewed again.
