The shareholders have been rolling in the flour for years and that only the board of DACIAN (+500,000 $ salary for Junk and Richards) have been or are winners (FYI, the CEO of Genesis is less than 400,000 $ !)
The irony is that voting no to the takeover would perhaps mean the end of DACIAN and zero for the shareholders and also zero for Genesis, which would recover the corpse !
Salvation could come from ASIC if a correct valuation of DACIAN's assets is requested (but one should not dream and expect something from this institution...) or from a competitor of Genesis ready to pay the right price DACIAN and there too, it's a dream !
