Dec 2021 qtr report: Latest from Genesis/Dacian merger:
Is the above intended to paint DCN as insolvent and therefore not worth pursuing and therefore ripe for takeover? Clearly $26.9M represents just the cash position and nothing on the gold-on-hand of $3.3M. Could the $28.3M of debt includes the $16M of loan and $12.3 of payable?
If that is how the DCN BOD wants to present the financial position to justify the merger, then clearly the DCN BOD did not represent the DCN shareholders at all.
Smell very very fishy here. ASIC should look into this.
