How do you access company data from annual reports?
I currently extract a pdf of the financial report and notes from the annual report pdf, then print this out.
I also try to open the pdf extract in word and copy paste the tables into excel but the notes are always a pain is the butt / too damned messy to get into excel.
I then set up a new analysis excel template and plug in or pull in the data from the copied figures. Then I do my analysis matrix on the company.
What does everyone else do? Because I can’t help that this is too hands on for 2023.
