    The chart depicts PAI share price which is a LIC that trade at a premium to NTA at times and at a discount to NTA since June 2019. VAE is a ETF that trade very close to the NAV or index.

    The other difference to consider is that LIC and PAI pay tax and able to distribute franked dividends and retain franking credits for future dividends. The PAI franked dividends are higher than VAE distributions which is unfranked.
