umm it was $6, now its $1 and about to dip under, do you really think this project is going to happen? Somethings wrong why else is it falling like a boulder off a cliff.
Sure it might bounce from 90c-$1 back to 1.50 again, but the downtrend is still intact, and eventually it'll go back to old support then and sideways till it does something to prove whats wrong whatever it is is fixed.
