Have had a shocker of a day today....other things on mind....thought had lost IPhone twice!

But the dimwittest thing of all is that I accidentally took wrong tablet tonight.

I took a BP med....Coversyl 10mcg.....which I should not have taken till the morning.

My last reading was 165/85 (65)....this was minutes after taking, so effect not included yet.

So, no licorice in the house....(which is supposed to raise BP!!)....anyone know any other ways to raise BP?

Seriously, some of the things I admit to on here...who'd let me anywhere near the market!!!,
