how do you secure funding without a bfs?

Forgive me if I have not seen this document, and if it does exist please point me toward it.

Having said that, and operating under the proviso that no such document exists, how exactly does Fairstar plan or think it can raise 65 million dollars to secure funding?

I find it astounding that any financier of any sort of credibility would entertain the idea of injecting capital of any sort, into a mining project with risk attached, without a Bankable Feasibility study.

So I ask the question, how is this being addressed?
