Dear All concerned

My understanding from all general information is that there is no Feasability Study or Bankable Feasability Study. All FAS have is a JORC 20M MT. The funder will only put in 80% once FAS have put in 20%. From the general information available, if FAS can not put up 20% or $65M then the funder will not advance any funds. They have signed an offtake agreement but no cash has been advanced on the back of it. If it has FAS have not advised the market accordingly. It will be interesting once accounts are available later this week.

I have had a previous relationship with FAS but all information regarded in this post is of a general nature via public information.
