Wrong. Anyone with half a brain would realize that now more than ever the various government departments would want to protect and shield their data and documentation. If the private sector was to gain insight into the roadmap of how the many government agencies are going to negotiate the challenges ahead then it will most certainly lead to exploitation of venerabilitys.
